Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. BuyerFlow works inside Telegram: open the bot, connect your account with a QR code and add supplier channels. A web dashboard is there for detailed settings.
My supplier posts photos and text separately. Will the bot cope?
Yes. The bot groups photos and text into one listing by price, discount or brand. If a listing comes out wrong, join it to the previous post or split it off with one tap.
How is my price calculated?
You set a markup for price ranges, for example +20% up to €1,000 and +15% above. The bot finds the supplier's price in the text or on the tag and inserts yours.
What if no price is found?
The post can go out without a price, with a “DM for price” note.
Will the supplier see my channel?
No. The bot only reads supplier channels on your behalf and never posts there.
How much does it cost?
